N-HEPTANE
Chrome Diagnostics Normal Heptane (n-Heptane) is a straight-chain alkane consisting of 7 carbon atoms and is widely applied in laboratories as a non-polar solvent. n-Heptane is relatively stable, largely non reactive, and easily evaporated.
n-Heptane is used to extract oils from plant flowers, seeds, leaves and stalk.
It is increasing in popularity within the botanical extraction industry due to lower residual solvent levels if recovered properly. Additionally, n-Heptane plays an important role in cannabinoid isolation and synthesis. This product is not for human consumption. Users should avoid direct contact with this chemical.

Toxic by inhalation. Flammable, dangerous fire risk. TLV: 400 ppm in air.

Use explosion-proof electrical, ventilating, and lighting equipment. Use only non-sparking tools. Take precautionary measures against static discharge. Wash hands thoroughly after handling. Wear protective gloves and eye and face protection. IF ON SKIN (or hair): Remove immediately all contaminated clothing. Rinse skin with water. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. Seek medical attention. If eye irritation persists: get medical attention. If medical advice is needed, have product container or label at hand. Keep out of reach of children.
